ABOUT ME

My true training began at five years old, when my mom used to pay me a quarter to rub her back for 5 minutes.

Years later I travelled to New York and worked with a gifted licensed acupuncturist & Reiki Master.  After about 5 years and a ton of inspiration, I returned to California to attend San Francisco School of Massage. There I learned deep tissue (with Art Riggs), Swedish, and cranio-sacral.  My studies deepened at Esalen and through advanced, multidimensional bodywork training with Eric Rubin D.C. and Rev. Zoe Inman. Facilitation training at The Center for Attitudinal Healing (now CorStone), yoga practice and immersive training, hospice work, and a meaningful trip to Peru added layers to my practice.

While personal and professional growth continues (always!) I've received a a master's degree in Traditional Oriental Medicine (from Emperor's College)and become a Licensed Acupuncturist.

Currently, I maintain a private practice in Santa Monica, focusing on chronic and sports-related pain management, mental & emotional wellness, and family care.
